Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, gift cards, vouchers, and promotions offered by Bonne Vie Medical ("the Clinic," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or redeeming any promotional item, clients agree to these Terms.

1. General Clinic Policies

1.1 All medical aesthetic procedures are performed or supervised by regulated health professionals in accordance with the Health Professions Act (BC) and relevant professional college standards.

1.2 Clients must provide accurate medical histories, disclose medications, and update the Clinic regarding any health changes.

1.3 The Clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

1.4 Prices for services and products may change without prior notice.

1.5 Individual treatment results vary. No guaranteed outcomes are expressed or implied.

1.6 Clients must follow provided pre-care and post-care instructions for safety and optimal results.

1.7 Clinical photography will be required for documentation and medical record purposes. Such photos will not be used publicly without written consent.

1.8 The Clinic may refuse treatment if contraindications are present, including but not limited to active infection, recent surgery, pregnancy, breastfeeding, uncontrolled medical conditions, or if the client appears impaired or intoxicated.

2. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

2.1 Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where required under BC consumer protection laws.

2.2 Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture or a cancellation fee.

2.3 No-shows may result in the full service fee being charged or forfeiture of any deposit.

2.4 Refunds for medical aesthetic treatments cannot be provided once a service has been rendered.

2.5 Products purchased are final sale for health and safety reasons, unless defective.

3. Payment Policies

3.1 Full payment for services is due at the time of treatment.

3.2 Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.

3.3 Prices listed online or in advertising may be subject to applicable taxes.

3.4 The Clinic accepts major credit cards, debit, and approved financing if applicable.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Bonne Vie Medical:

  • Can be purchased in any monetary value.

  • Do not expire under BC law.

  • Can be used toward any service or product.

  • Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Vouchers

Bonne Vie Medical vouchers:

  • Expire 6 months from issue date unless a different date is specified.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • May only be applied to full-price services or products.

  • Cannot be combined with discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Must be presented upon redemption.

6. Promotions

6.1 Monthly Promotions

  • Valid only within the specified promotional period.

  • Cannot be extended or combined with other offers.

6.2 Buy 2, Get 1 Free – Dermal Filler Syringes

  • All syringes must be used in one treatment session.

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be shared between clients.

6.3 Buy 2, Get 1 Free – Vampire Facials & RF Microneedling

  • Must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other treatments.

6.4 Promotion Rules

  • Promotions have no cash value.

  • Cannot be refunded, substituted, or extended.

6.5 Referrals

  • Clinic patients can give referral cards to friends.

  • When a friend uses the card, both the friend and the referring patient receive a discount on services.

  • A minimum spend may apply.

  • Discounts are applied at the Clinic’s discretion and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Patients should check with the Clinic for full program details..

6.6 Affiliate & Partner Programs

  • Affiliate or partner participants may refer clients to the Clinic.

  • Referred clients receive a discount on services or products.

  • Referring affiliates earn credits for each successful referral that spends beyond a minimum spend.

  • Credits accumulate and can be redeemed at any time by the affiliate toward treatments or products.

  • Program details, eligibility, and redemption policies are provided by the Clinic.

7. Packages & Prepaid Services

7.1 Treatment packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.

7.3 Packages cannot be transferred between clients unless explicitly approved.

7.4 Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for other services without management approval.

7.5 Any complimentary services included with a package or membership must be redeemed within 6 months of the package completion or membership expiration. Services not used within this period will be forfeited and are not eligible for future use.

8. Medical Consent & Treatment Eligibility

8.1 All clients must complete informed consent forms consistent with CPSBC and BCCNM standards.

8.2 Consent must be renewed if treatment plans change or if the previous consent form is over 6 months old, even for the same service.

8.3 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client appears impaired, intoxicated, or medically unsuitable, for safety reasons.

8.4 Use of AI Medical Scribes. Some providers, particularly in primary care, may use AI-assisted medical scribes during consultations. This allows providers to focus on the conversation and patient care, ensures accurate documentation, and facilitates follow-up. The clinic follows strict PIPA and PIPEDA data privacy rules, and all information recorded by the scribe remains confidential and is part of the client’s medical record.

9. Liability

9.1 The Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical history, medications, allergies, past procedures, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.

9.2 All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, which will be explained during consultation.

9.3 The Clinic is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

9.4 Results of aesthetic treatments are subjective and vary by individual physiology. Refunds cannot be provided for dissatisfaction with results.

10. Children & Visitors

10.1 Children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless approved by staff for safety reasons.

10.2 Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

Bonne Vie Medical complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.

11.1 Client information is collected, used, and stored only for clinical or administrative purposes.

11.2 Records are kept securely according to BC privacy laws and professional regulatory standards.

11.3 Client images will not be used for marketing or educational purposes unless express written consent is provided.


12. Website & Online Purchases

12.1 Online product orders are subject to stock availability, shipping delays, or limitations. After an order is placed, we will confirm availability and pickup via email.

12.2 Damaged or defective items must be reported within the timeframe specified on the website.

12.3 All online sales must follow health-safety return requirements.
