mHealth Global Innovations Inc. (dba Bonne Vie Medical) (“Bonne Vie Medical”) is committed to maintaining the principles of integrity and trust with respect to the protection of personal information. We comply with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (the “Act”), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and all other applicable privacy laws. Where applicable, we also align with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
Definitions

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of medical care or services. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to usubscribe.

Collection
We collect personal information only for the purposes identified and only through lawful methods. We generally collect information directly from you unless you authorize collection from a third party or the law permits it. For SMS services, we collect and retain the date, time, and method of opt-in for compliance purposes.

Aggregate data, such as IP addresses and browser type, may also be collected for analytics and site administration purposes. None of this data is directly linked to personally identifiable information.
Use of IP Addresses

Bonne Vie Medical values your privacy and does not sell or rent your SMS data. We collect your phone number and preferences solely to provide SMS services, including appointment reminders, service updates, and optional marketing communications (if opted in).
